Interaction Recruitment is hiring a Warehouse Operative for their Newbury site (RG14). This full-time role offers night shifts, immediate starts and a potential permanent position after a successful temporary period.

Starting pay is £12.71 per hour for the first 12 weeks, rising to £15.01 per hour thereafter. You must have your own transport to reach the site, and you will work 8.5–9 hour night shifts, loading, sorting and scanning parcels in a fast-paced environment while following health and

• Must be physically fit and comfortable with manual work.
• Able to perform heavy lifting throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Sort parcels by delivery location.
• Scan parcels with handheld devices.
• Move stock around the warehouse.
• Pick and pack goods accurately.
• Load parcels onto conveyors and into vehicles.
• Handle heavy parcels and perform repetitive lifting.
• Work to strict deadlines in a busy environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
