Job summary

The Best Connection in Gloucester is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to support a logistics operation. The role is an ongoing assignment with a 5pm-2am shift pattern, Monday to Friday, in the Gloucester area.

Pay is £14.38 per hour, with overtime available based on production requirements. Benefits include weekly pay, 28 days paid leave pro-rata for PAYE, pension contribution, and online payslips.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Physical fitness for repetitive tasks and standing is important.

Responsibilities

• Assemble packing cases and boxes to approved standards; some hand tools used.
• Assist with warehouse duties: stacking shelves, labeling and stock system updates.
• Load and unload vehicles with raw materials and finished goods.
• Adhere to Health & Safety processes and keep work area clean.
• Support general dispatch and loading tasks.
