Job summary

Warburtons in Biggleswade is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join a high‑volume operation, working a 4 on 2 off rota from 18:00 to 03:00. You will assemble and dispatch orders, uphold hygiene and food safety, and support efficient distribution across routes.

Previous warehouse experience in a food environment is preferred; you’ll follow SOPs, use basic IT, and apply accurate counting and prioritisation to meet targets. Ongoing training and induction are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse role, preferably food environment.
• Knowledge of SOPs affecting warehouse operations.
• Effective manual handling techniques training undertaken.
• Familiarity with SAP for allocation and order closing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and complete all orders on time for primary/secondary routes.
• Ensure despatched products comply with quality and date code requirements.
• Maintain hygiene standards and food safety compliance.
• Complete all paperwork timely for accurate records.
• Communicate progress and issues with Team Manager.
• Stack and store equipment safely and maintain clear work areas.
