Salary: 39,000 - 45,000 (DOE) Hours: 45 hours per week - 20:00 starts - 5 shifts starting Sunday or Monday

What You'll Be Doing
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and lead positive change initiatives.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

  • Lead & Inspire: Motivate, coach, and support Team Leaders and colleagues to deliver outstanding performance across picking, loading, and dispatch.

  • Drive Efficiency: Analyse performance metrics to optimise cost control, accuracy, and productivity.

  • Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources to meet operational demands every night.

  • Champion Safety: Promote a culture of health and safety, embedding "clean as you go" best practice

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: Proven background supervising or coaching first-line managers in a warehouse or logistics environment.

  • Skills: Strong IT and analytical skills, commercial awareness, and a solid understanding of warehouse operations.

  • Leadership: Ability to motivate, engage, and develop teams - even under pressure.

  • Qualifications: Good level of spoken English; GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above) desirable.
