Are you a passionate Support Worker ready to take the next step in your career?

Personpower is proud to be working with a well-established and highly regarded Children's Residential provider based in Clacton on Sea for young people aged between 8 - 17 with emotional and behavioral needs.

The Role

As a Night Wake Residential Care Worker (Night Wake Support Worker), you will support the team in the night (20:00 - 08:00) running of the home, on a 4 night on and 3 days off basis. You will lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding are maintained.
