A leading children’s care provider in Birmingham is looking for Night Wake Officers to provide high-quality care for children with disabilities. You will support a small group in a nurturing environment, focusing on their social and emotional needs. Ideal candidates will have experience in childcare and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a hybrid role with flexible working arrangements and generous benefits, including training opportunities and a comprehensive leave package.

We are opening a new home on Trinity Road and we are seeking dedicated and experienced Night Wake Officers to join a supportive and nurturing team.
About Trinity Road: Trinity Road will be a specialist long‑stay residential home providing care for up to 4 children with a range of learning disabilities. Our aim is to create a nurturing environment where children can develop the skills and confidence they need for day‑to‑day life. We support children with emotional well‑being, health, and social needs, tailoring our care to meet their individual requirements.
This is an exciting time to join us, and we need the right talent to help us to continue to improve and grow our services.
We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals who have experience of working with children. You will receive full support, ongoing training, and development opportunities.
The Residential provision is a 24hr service, applicants for these roles will be expected to work shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.

This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham so you must have the correct right‑to‑work in the UK documents. Sadly, we do not support those who require sponsorship.
