Job summary

Animal Trust Bolton hospital is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for emergency critical care to join our 24hr site. Our facility includes 8 consulting rooms, 3 theatres, a CT scanner and dedicated ICU ward for intensive nursing care.

You will be part of a supportive, hierarchical-free team delivering a varied caseload with weekly orthopaedic procedures and a strong commitment to clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Qualified veterinary surgeon with current registration.
• Interest in emergency and critical care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced 24hr hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and critical care to patients.
• Contribute to weekly orthopaedic procedures and other surgeries.
• Support in-patient management in ICU and wards.

Job description

Bolton are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with an interest in emergency critical care to join their hospital.

Bolton is one of our 24hr sites, which consists of 8 consulting rooms, 3 theatres, x-ray dental suite as well as a CT scanner.

Ensuring the utmost comfort for our patients, we've have separate dog and cat wards, including a specialised ICU ward for intensive nursing care. Our commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by our varied caseload, encompassing both medical and surgical cases, with weekly orthopaedic procedures.
