What you’ll do

As a Night Valet Attendant, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for collecting, and processing the Guest Laundry, Dry Cleaning, Pressing and Employees Uniforms to ensure our guests and employees receive nothing but the best experience.
  • Though skillfully trained, you never lose sight of your ultimate responsibility, to create lifelong memories for our guests.
  • Our Night Valets provide shoeshine service to our guests using high quality products.
  • Our Night Valets are responsible for seamless service, attention to details, packing and unpacking, quality checking of garments, room moves and being flexible during their shift. This will include washing face clothes, rags for Housekeeping and employee uniforms.
  • Sometimes our guests have special requests; this involves special set‑ups for guest rooms, Valet storage items to be delivered or to be placed back after guests have left the hotel.
  • Our Night Valets must communicate with other departments and the extended hotel team in order to ensure alignment remains. Our Night Valet will directly report to the Night Duty Managers.
  • You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during the night.
  • Our Night Valet will hand over to the morning shift and will receive hand‑over from the evening shift also.
  • Our Night Valet will carry out specific Housekeeping requests and tasks as and when required (delivery of housekeeping items, cleaning rooms or public areas) during the night.

The items shared are the essence of a night in the life of a Night Valet Attendant, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.

The operational hours of work are shift‑based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as:

Monday to Sunday: 23.00pm – 07.30am

What you’ll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Attention to detail: You need to be careful when handling clothes to make sure everything is neat, clean, and in good condition.
  • Teamwork: You will work with other staff members, so it's important to help each other and work well together.
  • Time management: You need to keep track of time and make sure tasks are completed on time.
  • Organizational skills: You should be able to keep different types of laundry items in the right place and return them to guests on time.
  • Basic knowledge of laundry processes: Training will be provided, but you should understand the basics of cleaning clothes (washing, ironing, and folding).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a 5‑star luxury environment.
