Driver Hire Stevenage & Hatfield is seeking an experienced Class 1 (HGV C+E) Night Trunker Driver for immediate start in Letchworth. The role involves night trunking between depots, planned routes, trailer swaps, and completing all paperwork with digital records.

This full-time position offers regular night shifts, competitive pay, and a modern fleet. Applicants should have a Class 1 licence, CPC, Digital Tachograph, and solid UK road knowledge.

Qualifications

• Class 1 (C+E) licence required.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph certification required.
• Previous HGV Class 1 experience preferred.
• Night trunking experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and professional at all times.
• Good knowledge of UK roads and drivers hours regulations.

Responsibilities

• Night trunking between depots and planned routes.
• Trailer swaps and/or deliveries as required.
• Complete vehicle checks and keep vehicle clean and roadworthy.
• Complete all paperwork and digital records accurately.
• Follow company and road safety procedures.
