Job summary

WR Logistics in Kent is seeking an experienced Night Transport Planner to coordinate drivers, deliveries and collections through the night, ensuring on-time performance and high service levels.

The role involves liaising with ports and customers, scheduling slots, monitoring ETAs, rerouting when needed, and using TOPS to update jobs. 4 on, 4 off night shifts with car allowance and potential bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Traffic Operator, Transport Planner or similar is essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
• Strong knowledge of UK geography is essential.
• Confident dealing with drivers, customers and ports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with multiple drivers.

An established and busy transport operation is looking for an experienced Night Transport Planner to join its Kent team.

This is a key role responsible for coordinating drivers, deliveries and collections throughout the night, ensuring jobs stay on schedule and customers receive an excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with multiple drivers
