Nurseplus in Tonbridge is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality care across social care settings, from elderly care to individuals with learning disabilities.

You’ll work with care plans to support daily living, mobility, meals and companionship. We offer flexible shifts, weekly pay, industry-leading training, NVQ progression, and a DBS process after registration.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
• Good standard of English and effective communication.
• Clear enhanced DBS (apply upon registration).

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship.
• Follow care plans to promote independence and dignity.
