Night Support Worker at Figbury Lodge

Location : Canford Heath, Poole

Salary : £13.20 per hour

Hours : 24 hours per week

Shift Times : 20:00-08:00

Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Figbury Lodge.

Figbury Lodge is a purpose built 80 bed care facility in Canford Heath, Poole. The home will offer enhanced support and facilities to Poole residents, including rehabilitation with clients accepted on a referral basis by the NHS and the Council.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to :

  • Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid / food intake, activities and incidents
  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
  • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
