We are looking for Night Support Workers to work with us in Hildenborough, supporting 5 people with learning disabilities, autism, communication difficulties, and behaviours of concerns.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Every day’s different, but your role could include:

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
  • Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
  • Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
  • Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
  • Making each day meaningful — and having fun while you do it!

No previous experience? No problem!
