Night Support Worker - Rosendale, Lydstep

£12.60 to £12.80 per hour, 35 hours a week. Shift time: 22:00pm – 08:00am. Plus an annual location allowance of £1500.

We're a leading organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism.

About Rosendale

Located in Lydstep, with views of the sea and the rolling Pembrokeshire hills, Rosendale offers a calm, supportive and homely living environment for up to six adults from the age of 18. In the main house there are four en‑suite bedrooms, a large lounge, a teaching area and a kitchen/dining area. In addition to this is a 2‑bed self‑contained flat. At Rosendale fun knows no bounds, beach days are a favourite, along with cinema trips & swimming adventures. We are always on the go – The adventure never ends!

  • Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs.
  • Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise.
  • General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.
