A healthcare organization in Harlow is seeking Night Workers to support a residential detox and rehabilitation unit. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based interventions, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and assist individuals in developing support networks for community reintegration. A compassionate and non-judgmental approach is crucial for success.
Join our passionate team at Passmores House detox and residential rehabilitation unit. We are growing our provision with our Kings Acre residential development at Passmores house. Our Night Workers are key to ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
Passmores House is a residential recovery community for people with a dependency on drugs and/or alcohol, we offer residential detoxification and stabilisation packages, as well a full rehabilitation programme, all built around the individual.
Located in a tranquil environment in Harlow Town, our residential rehabilitation and detox centre offers a safe, structured space for individuals to rebuild their lives free from substance use. We are working on innovative and cutting edge interventions which provide an opportunity for growth, learning and development.
The house is based in a beautifully renovated and historic building, set in a leafy park close to the transport hub of Harlow in Essex.
The role will work across Passmores House and our Kings Acre satellite next to Passmores House.
