Overview

Night Support Worker – Exmouth - £12.82 ph plus night enhancement. Typical Shifts are: Working 20:30 - 08:00, 3 shifts a week, including alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a Night Support Worker, you’ll be assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time. This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone\'s life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.

Our lovely residential service in Exmouth enjoys the facilities of the sea side town and its own enclosed garden. It has a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same!

Requirements & desirable experience

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should ideally hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress, mental health conditions, autism and people who have experienced trauma.
