A leading care provider in Exmouth seeks a Night Support Worker to assist and enhance the quality of life for individuals. Candidates should have a caring attitude and flexibility to manage night shifts, contributing positively to residents' routines. Night Support Worker – Exmouth - £12.82 ph plus night enhancement. Typical Shifts are: Working 20:30 - 08:00, 3 shifts a week, including alternate weekends.
We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a Night Support Worker, you’ll be assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time. This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone\'s life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should ideally hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress, mental health conditions, autism and people who have experienced trauma.
