We are looking for a Night Support Worker to join our team working at The Squirrels.
Welcome to The Squirrels, a space of care and empowerment designed exclusively for adults with autism and learning disabilities. We understand that at times you may experience behaviours that challenge; however, our commitment is to cultivate an environment that is safe, comfortable, and effective in promoting independence and positive community integration.
We have 9 bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms. Our space is abundant within the walls of our home and the sprawling garden outside, which residents thrive in. Communal living areas include a spacious lounge, inviting dining room, cinema room, and the activity area known as The Hub. We've also created a sensory haven. Our vast garden invites residents to partake in sports and activities.
About the Role
We are offering a 43.75-hour contract, working from 7:45 pm until 7:45 am (working two weekends a month).
