Night Support Worker

£12.30 per hour | Flexible Night Shifts

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Night Support Worker to join a mental health service based in Ratby. You will be supporting adults experiencing mental health challenges, providing reassurance, safety, and practical assistance throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offering emotional support to individuals in mental health crisis
  • Monitoring wellbeing and promoting a calm, safe environment
  • Assisting with night-time routines and responding to any immediate needs
  • Recording accurate notes and communicating effectively with the daytime team
  • Working as part of a supportive, dedicated staff group
