Pay & Hours

Support Worker – Burnham on Sea - £12.77 per hour plus night enhancement

Typical shifts: 08:00 - 20:30, working 3 shifts a week including alternate weekends.

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a Support Worker at our residential service near Burnham on Sea you’ll help people gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with bedtime routines, including personal care and regular checks throughout the night
  • Complete light domestic duties in spare time
  • Support individuals to achieve personal goals such as cooking independently or going on holiday
  • Follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and engage in reflective practice

  • Resilient, flexible, and composed approach to care
  • Experience with enhanced support needs, behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, and trauma
