Responsibilities

Reporting to the Guest Care Manager, you will be responsible for creating a comfortable, safe and secure environment throughout the night, and leading our Night Support Assistants as required. Your responsibilities will include regular patrols of the centre grounds, prompt and efficient resolution of guest issues and complaints, and ensuring accurate record‑keeping of accidents and incidents. You will also actively seek opportunities to improve centre presentation and compliance, promote positive health and safety behaviours, and support our environmental policy.

Qualifications

We are searching for someone with excellent customer focus and teamwork skills, who is also a confident decision maker and effective leader of people. Ideally you've had previous experience working with children/young people in a night support role and managing a team, however this is not essential as full training will be given.
