A non-profit organisation in the UK is seeking a Night Support Coach in Bermondsey to promote resident safety and wellbeing. The role involves engaging residents through activities and building trust to help them achieve their goals. Candidates should have a passion for community support, an understanding of criminal justice, and be adaptable. Location: Bermondsey, Close to Surrey Quays station. (This location is hidden due to the sensitive nature of the service) Please note that this service has step free and lift access.
Salary: £27,000
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a rota varying between 20:00 - 09:30 which includes 12.5 hour shifts with 1 hour unpaid break, approximately 3 shifts per week. You may be required to work outside these hours dependent on service and resident requirements including weekends and bank holidays so flexibility will be required.

You will be comfortable working within the criminal justice setting, and supporting residents to have access to the tools and resources to better enhance their quality of life after their release from prison. You will have insight into criminal justice settings and the ability to connect with people from varied backgrounds who face multiple and complex challenges.
