Job Title: Academic Support Coach

Location: Lackham

Salary: £21,486 rising to £21,740 per year, pro rata of the full time equivalent £24,619 rising to £24,910 per year

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 37 hours per week, Term Time Only 36 + 2 weeks per year

What You’ll Do
  • Provide personalised academic and pastoral support to students.
  • Help learners develop study habits, organisational skills, and confidence.
  • Work closely with teaching teams to ensure students stay engaged and on track.
  • Support young people and adults with a range of needs in and out of the classroom.
  • Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment.
