Job summary

B&Q Limited at Holywood Exchange is seeking a Night Stock Flow Customer Advisor on a part‑time fixed‑term basis (18.75 hours per week) to ensure shelves are stocked and ready for customers. You’ll support store operations, manage stock flow safely, and work Sundays to Thursdays 6.00pm–Midnight, with shifts assigned to rosters.

We value clear communicators who are organised, team‑spirited and open to learning new processes. Forklift license is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Great communication and clear thinking under busy conditions.
• Organised and analytical with ability to plan ahead.
• Team player able to support colleagues on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Keep shelves stocked and stocked-to-plan with products customers need.
• Support store operations and maintain safety standards.
• Operate or learn systems and processes to improve stock flow.
• Work a rota including Sundays, evenings, and bank holidays.
