Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Warehouse Operative to ensure our stores receive the right stock on time. You’ll pick products and assist with stock checks, handling 2,000+ items to keep shelves stocked, with a night shift pattern and a 35-hour contract.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivation to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous night shift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and listen to picking instructions via headset.
• Pack products including meat, fruit, frozen, and chilled items.
• Ensure deliveries are stacked and secure.
• Report damaged items to the manager.
• Work through orders independently and efficiently.
