Job summary

DPD is seeking a warehouse operative in the United Kingdom for a permanent, full-time role (35 hours/week) with Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday shifts and 00:00–07:30 hours. You will be on your feet, loading/unloading, sorting parcels, and using scanners and conveyors to ensure accurate delivery routing.

Full training and PPE are provided. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and maintaining safety and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload, scan, and sort parcels with precision.
• Handle items up to 25kg and stay fit during shifts.
• Use technology systems to ensure parcels go to the right place at the right time.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (scanners, conveyors, handling equipment).
• Maintain health, safety and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
