Job summary

Gopuff is recruiting full-time Operations Associates to join our Birmingham warehouse team. You will pick and pack items for dispatch, receive stock, check counts against orders, and keep the warehouse organized while adhering to FIFO.

You may contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items as needed. We value reliability and a positive attitude, with the ability to work during peak hours 5pm–2am.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in restaurant, retail or warehouse environment preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work peak hours 5pm–2am.
• Basic proficiency with web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite).
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive product from vendors and verify counts against orders.
• Manage inventory and re-shelve canceled orders.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Handle waste and spoilage following FIFO guidelines.
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.
