Job summary

Tesco Colleague roles centre on delivering great service to customers in our stores. You’ll join a welcoming, inclusive team with flexible hours and opportunities to grow your career.

Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25, plus a night premium of £2.35 per hour for hours between midnight and 6am. Minimum 16 hours per week, with some roles from 12 hours, are guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service duties.
• Making customer-focused store decisions and supporting store performance.
