Job summary

Tesco Colleague role in Wales (Llanelli area) offers a flexible shift pattern with availability windows listed by the store. Starting pay from £13.28/hour, rising to £14.55/hour in stores within the M25, plus a night premium of £2.35/hour for hours between midnight and 6am.

Minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for 12 hours if needed. You will work across store areas, helping customers, stocking, picking and replenishment, and upholding Tesco's service standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve shoppers and support store operations
• Meet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Assist in service, picking and replenishment areas as needed
• Follow training to work safely and efficiently
• Make decisions to meet customer needs and store targets
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere
