Job summary

CR1 Group Limited requires an experienced Site Manager for an 11-week refurbishment and upgrade project in Suffolk. The role involves managing night works on a live retail/warehouse site, coordinating subcontractors, labour and materials while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will oversee programme progress, liaise with clients and contractors, and ensure accurate site reporting and documentation throughout the project duration.

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience on refurbishment and fit-out projects.
• Experience delivering works in live retail/warehouse environments or night-shift projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive health & safety and programme management approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night work and site operations.
• Manage subcontractors, labour and materials.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to required quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors.
• Keep site paperwork, permits and safety documentation up to date.
• Monitor programme progress and resolve site issues.
• Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks as required.
