Kingsley Healthcare Group in Halesowen is seeking a qualified Senior Support Worker to join our care team. You will support residents, supervise staff, and contribute to care planning while promoting independence and preserving dignity. Nights shifts and permanent role.

Ideal candidates will have previous senior care experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate, person-centred care. NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or working towards it is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents within the care team.
• Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals of staff.
• Contribute to care planning and coaching of support workers.
• Maintain residents' dignity and promote independence.
