Job summary

HR Employment Ltd invites applications for an experienced Scissor Lift Driver to support night‑shift operations in a busy Gloucester factory. This six‑week temporary role requires a valid MEWP licence and proven experience operating scissor lifts in industrial environments.

You will work 12‑hour nights, move materials and equipment, support maintenance or production teams at height, and strictly follow site safety rules to help meet nightly targets and ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Valid and in‑date Scissor Lift (MEWP) licence.
• Previous experience operating scissor lifts in a factory or construction environment.
• Strong awareness of health & safety.
• Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts.
• Reliability and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of scissor lift machinery throughout the shift
• Supporting maintenance, installation, or production teams working at height
• Moving materials and equipment as required
• Following all site safety rules and procedures
