Qualifications

• Experience in a supportive or customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of confidentiality practices.
• DBS and level 2 Police vetting will be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate various aspects of SARC activities.
• Provide advocacy support to patients and their families.
• Conduct follow-up calls and coordinate onward referrals.
