Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring a Store Colleague in the United Kingdom. You will contribute to great in-store service, shelf replenishment, checkout support, online order picking, and occasional delivery assistance. Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know customers.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• To build rapport so customers leave having had a great experience.
• To use your initiative and make the right decisions for customers.
• To work well in a team and communicate openly, having fun, and celebrating success.
