Job summary

Sainsbury's Livingston Store is recruiting for a part-time, fixed-term assignment role. The position runs 27.75 hours per week at an hourly rate of £13.23, with a contract end date of 1 January 2027 and a closing date of 7 November 2026.

Shifts include late-night hours Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday, 22:00–08:00, with a nightshift premium where applicable. You will help prepare the store for opening, keep aisles clean and presentable, move stock from warehouse to shopfloor, and occasionally

Qualifications

• Night shifts and physically demanding work.
• Stock replenishment and shelf filling.
• Customer service and cash handling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare store for day by stocking shelves and maintaining tidy aisles.
• Move stock safely from warehouse to shopfloor, including heavy items.
• Work across store areas including chilled/frozen sections.
• Operate equipment and digital systems to perform tasks accurately.
• Assist in other areas such as online order picking or at checkouts when trained.
