Job summary

Brompton House Care Home in Broadway is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join a clinically led team delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The role covers night shifts, with responsibility for medication administration, care planning and effective teamwork.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and current UK registration.
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to make timely decisions.
• Experience leading shifts and supporting a care team.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in a care home setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs, develop and review care plans and administer medications.
• Monitor changes in physical and mental health and respond promptly.
• Lead shifts and support the care team to ensure safe, person-centred care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and liaise with residents, families and professionals.
