Job summary

Skycare is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts in West Yorkshire, covering Pontefract or Doncaster. The role requires 1 year of UK RN experience in a Nursing Home, with valid NMC PIN and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid NMC PIN with no restrictions.
• Right to work in the UK.
• 1 year UK RN experience in a Nursing Home.

Responsibilities

• Assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans under Head Nurse.
• Maintain accurate health care records and report on status and changes.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Supervise, develop and train other care team members.
• Ensure high standard of care delivery and responsive support to residents.
