Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to deliver high-quality care in a dedicated care home. You’ll manage personalised care plans, administer medicines safely, and support residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs with professional judgement.

You'll require current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical knowledge, plus experience with risk assessments and regulatory frameworks. Night shifts from 8pm to 8am, with some weekend work, are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience producing care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
