Shift & Recruitment Coordinator - Entry Level Welcome

Location: Petersfield, Hampshire

Salary: £12.52 per hour plus shift allowance

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

Working Hours: 10.00pm to 2.00am Monday to Friday

What You'll Be Doing:
Shift Coordination
  • Help plan and manage daily shift schedules.
  • Be the go-to person for staff queries about rotas, attendance, and payroll.
  • Keep track of timekeeping and shift patterns.
  • Work with team leads to make sure we're fully staffed.
Recruitment Support
  • Write and post job adverts.
  • Review CVs and help with interviews.
  • Support onboarding and induction for new starters.
  • Build relationships with local job centres and agencies.
What We're Looking For:
  • Some experience in admin, customer service, HR, or recruitment is helpful.
  • Great communication and organisation skills.
  • Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
  • Able to stay calm and focused when things get busy.
Bonus Skills (but not essential):
  • Experience in logistics, retail, or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of employment law or right‑to‑work checks.
  • CIPD or recruitment‑related training.
