Job summary

Turners (Soham) Ltd is seeking a Reach Truck Driver for our Newmarket depot on a full-time night shift (3x12hrs, 1x9hrs) with 45 hours per week. You will operate a Reach Truck in chilled/frozen areas, log stock locations in the warehouse management system, and pick stock to assemble pallets for despatch.

The role involves teamwork to maintain smooth flow through the supply chain, completion of paperwork, and strict adherence to Health & Safety standards. A pension and parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with MHE is beneficial, however full training will be provided for this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Reach Truck within chilled/frozen storage areas with temperatures from +3 to -18 °C.
• Use a warehouse management system to log stocks’ locations and confirm orders for despatch.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the flow of products in and out of the supply chain.
• Pick stock to assemble pallets of multiple products.
• Complete relevant paperwork and documentation.
• Adhere to Health & Safety legislation and maintain tidiness and cleanliness.
