Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a QA Technician for the Ruskington site on the night shift (Tue–Sat, 22:00–06:00). You will ensure food safety and quality across processes, audit factory systems, and support compliance with product specifications.

Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, possess strong IT skills, and have attention to detail. Previous QA auditing experience is desirable, with progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and clear, concise reporting.
• Good IT skills (Word and Excel) and basic numeracy.
• Attention to detail is essential in quality auditing and control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet high food safety and quality standards at all times.
• Audit and verify factory systems, GMP, hygiene, packaging, labelling and procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with product specifications.
• Help produce the best quality products for customers.
