Ornua Co-operative Limited is seeking a Relief Night Shift Manager to lead production lines and ensure targets and efficiencies are met on the night shift. You will oversee shift activities, maintain quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvements across operations.

The role requires strong people management, health & safety knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and manufacturing software. Onsite position with opportunities for growth within Ornua’s global operations.

Qualifikationen

• Food hygiene level 2 required, Level 3 preferred.
• Proven people management experience including recruiting and training staff.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and related legislation/SOPs.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proficiency with MS Office and food manufacturing software (e.g., M3, Redzone).

Aufgaben

• Fully running the shift in the Shift Manager’s absence and attending meetings.
• Completing daily shift reports.
• Carrying out RTW and informal/Disciplinary hearings.
• Lead improvements and line effectiveness through cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to Quality, Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor production output against daily targets.
• Conduct daily material variances meetings and investigate.
• Manage induction and training for new staff.
