Job summary

Noble Foods is looking for a reliable Production Operative to join our Ratby Lane site in Leicester. You will operate machinery and equipment, maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment, and help ensure products meet required quality standards.

The role offers a Monday–Friday night shift from 22:00 to 06:00. Salary £14.50 p/h with overtime at 1.25×, plus benefits and opportunities for progression within our production teams.

Qualifications

Strong commitment to health and safety practices.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Passion for quality and delivering excellent customer service.
Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment in line with company procedures
