Job summary

Travail Employment Group is seeking Nights Production Operatives for a Gloucester-based site. These temporary roles have a potential to become permanent, with a starting pay of £14.30 per hour, rising to £16.67 per hour after 12 weeks.

Shifts run Mon-Thu 10pm–6am and Fri 5pm–10:30pm. Responsibilities include producing to high quality standards, handling raw materials, operating heavy machinery, reading measurements, using a computer, and maintaining health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and follow procedures.
• Willingness to work night shifts and lift moderately heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to ensure products meet quality standards.
