Hours: Night shifts - Sunday to Thursday

Our client, Cross Manufacturing are currently recruiting for Night Shift Production Operatives to join their team. These are temporary ongoing roles with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Cross are world leaders in the manufacture of aerospace seals, piston rings, and precision components used in high-performance engines and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and fault find if required
• Load and unload components with precision
• Perform detailed visual inspections
• Work as part of a team and independently
• Maintain focus during long periods of standing or repetitive tasks

Requirements

• Previous production or manufacturing experience (hands-on/manual work preferred)
• High attention to detail and dexterity
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Able to commit to night shift hours

Working hours:
Sunday: 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Monday to Thursday: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Please note: Training must be done during double day shift hours.
