Night Shift Production Manager - £62,000 per annum | Location: Milton Keynes | Schedule: Monday to Friday | Flexible Night Shift Start & Finish Times

Are you a proven leader in heavy engineering manufacturing looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a Night Shift Production Manager to oversee operations and lead a team of five area leaders across Test, Corrosion, Paint & Strip, and Build.

Your Role

• Conducting site walk-throughs and production check-ins
• Managing team performance and ensuring compliance
• Overseeing all night shift production activities
• Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement

Your Team

You’ll lead five direct reports, each responsible for a key production area. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining high standards and smooth operations across the board.
