Responsibilities

• Lead by example within the assigned functional area.
• Actively support production activities to maintain workflow.
• Collaborate with plant administration to ensure policies compliance.
• Assist Plant leadership in ensuring operational efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert for specialized areas.
• Fulfil assigned production duties ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Supervise and develop employees for good relationships with management.
• Drive continuous improvement based on data analysis.
• Own all quality related issues on their site.
• Conduct tours in the Management Observation Tool.
• Lead root cause analysis of all incidents.
• Control Yard and Warehouse movements effectively.
• Hold daily shift briefs and report KPIs.
• Monitor responses to zero harm and production KPI.
• Manage employee holidays in compliance with policy.
