Hireful Ltd in Rushden, Northamptonshire, is seeking a hands-on Plant Maintenance Engineer to support an anaerobic digestion (AD) operator. You’ll perform planned preventative maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and help maximise energy generation while upholding safety and environmental standards.

The role is full-time, permanent, on site, with night shifts commencing after a two- to three-month training period; Tuesday to Friday, 19:30–06:00.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified mechanical or electrical engineer.
• Knowledge of PLC controls, electronics, maintenance systems and cost control is advantageous.
• Experience in process industries is beneficial.

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and troubleshoot breakdowns.
• Support equipment overhauls and help maximise energy generation.
• Maintain high safety and environmental standards while working with the Site Manager.
