Job summary

Enable is recruiting Personal Assistants (Support Workers) in Lanark for a night shift role, 24 hours per week, at £13.45 per hour. You will support people with a learning disability to achieve their goals and enjoy meaningful activities, promoting safety, wellbeing and inclusion.

No prior care experience is required; we hire based on values and transferrable skills. You will join a bespoke team that partners with individuals to expand social networks and realise their aspirations.

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt communication style to develop successful relationships with the people we support.
• Commitment to work with individuals through their personal support plans to achieve goals and outcomes.
• Positive and flexible outlook; able to work independently and as part of a team.
