Henderson Group is seeking an Order Picker in Newtownabbey/Mallusk for a 38 hour week on a night shift (6pm–2am). You will use voice-picking, collect your equipment, and ensure correct, safe handling of goods up to 25kg per lift.

Role includes regular targets, full training, and progression potential within Henderson Foodservice under the Henderson Group umbrella. Competitive hourly rate £15.61–£17.26 with performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-focused approach to work.
• Ability to work towards targets or KPIs.
• Night shift eligibility at age 18 or over.

Responsabilités

• Collect your pick truck, terminal and voice headset at the start of your shift.
• Follow voice-picking headset to guide you around the warehouse and pick products.
• Check for damage and build cages securely for delivery.
• Move cages to loading area and prepare for the next assignment.
