Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to power the backstage flow of our stores. The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, focused on keeping stock, deliveries and back-room operations moving efficiently so the shop floor remains ready for customers.

You will work across the store, flexibly handling early deliveries and late stock movement, using digital tools to track activity and supporting colleagues to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate mechanical equipment as required.
• Stock, deliveries and back-stage tasks must be managed efficiently.
• Able to work across store and support colleagues.
• Comfortable using digital tools to track deliveries and stock.
• Willing to work flexible hours including unsocial shifts.

Responsibilities
